GTI serves as an advisor to public and private organizations in many areas, including, among others: IT consultancy and negotiations and special assignments such as Network installation and auditing; focused studies; the revision of business regulations; contract standardization; legislative drafting; procurement, and project management.

GTI maintains a consortium of technical consultants from across the globe to assess, design and implement our technical projects. Consultants are recruited from government sector specialists where necessary, technical experts and consultants from donor organizations, partners from top global law firms, senior executives from private sector international organizations, and academics from prestigious universities. The selection of GTI technical teams is based on balancing scholarly training with global best practices and practical application from the foremost practitioners.
